Refund policy

This refund policy (“Policy”) applies to digital subscription licenses for Automation Skill Builder purchased through visualbuild.me or linked checkout, unless a different policy is shown at checkout (for example when a payment partner’s terms apply to the transaction).

Free tier: Free tier accounts are not subject to refunds as no payment is collected.

1. Digital delivery

After successful payment, you receive a digital license (for example via browser claim or email, depending on how the checkout is configured). Because the Product is intangible and delivered electronically, please read this Policy before purchasing.

2. Right to cancel / cooling off

If you are a consumer in a region that grants a statutory right to cancel digital purchases, that right may apply subject to local law. Where the law allows and you have not yet used or requested the license material, you may be eligible for a full refund within the statutory period. If you have already accessed or claimed the license, applicable law may limit withdrawal—for example, after express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment that withdrawal is waived once performance has begun.

Our payment or Merchant-of-Record partner may process refunds according to their workflows and timelines; where their terms add consumer protections, those terms may also apply.

3. Voluntary refund window (goodwill)

In addition to statutory rights, we may offer a voluntary refund when all of the following are true:

  • You contact us within 14 days of the purchase date (UTC), by email to info@visualbuild.me (billing) or via the Support section;
  • You provide the order reference or receipt email issued by the payment platform;
  • The license has not been successfully claimed or activated in the Product in a way that demonstrates consumption of the digital good (we may verify via our fulfillment records).

We reserve the right to refuse abusive or duplicate refund requests or orders that appear fraudulent.

4. Technical failures

If you paid successfully but our systems failed to issue a license and support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will either issue the license or refund the payment, at our discretion, in line with payment partner capabilities.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method or another method supported by the payment processor. Processing times depend on banks and processors (often several business days).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks may result in revocation of license keys associated with disputed orders.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on the Site. The version linked at checkout at the time of your purchase may govern your order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
